In my work, I explore my personal journey of gender identity and development – my perception of myself and my body, along with themes of self-esteem, love, and pride. I dream of a world where gender plays a secondary role, and where I am seen as I see myself. My work reflects the everyday challenges and doubts I face as a non-binary person, while never losing sight of humor, just as I do in life. A pivotal moment was my surgery in 2023, which brought many positive changes. By aligning my outward appearance with my inner self, I’ve found a deeper sense of authenticity and joy.
